As part of our team, you will receive training and mentorship from CPA professionals, including our Assurance and Tax partners. You’ll have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of engagements, gaining hands-on experience in audits, reviews, compilation procedures, drafting financial statements, and preparing corporate, personal, and trust returns while learning CPA standards. Our client portfolio spans various industries, including non-profit organizations, for-profit privately held corporate groups (both domestic and multinational), and high net-worth clients within our Entrepreneurial and Family office department. You will have the chance to develop expertise in these areas while working on increasingly complex files and honing your accounting skills to meet the highest standards.

In addition to on-the-job experience, we offer personalized in-house training to ensure your continuous professional development in line with the Order’s training hours requirements as you pursue your CPA designation. Qualifications we are looking for:

  • 1-2 years of relevant accounting work experience in a public accounting firm
  • Bachelor’s degree with a major in accounting and current enrollment in a CPA program
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and various accounting software
  • Strong collaboration skills, motivation, and a desire for personal and professional growth
  • Ambitious, high-performing, and self-driven accounting professionals with multitasking abilities
  • Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service
  • Functional bilingualism

We follow a standard 35-hour work week, including a flexible hybrid office schedule, with remuneration based on your prior experience. The starting date can be negotiated to accommodate your needs.
